Orange Tapioca Salad

2 pkg. tapioca pudding
3 cups boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 can mandarin oranges
4 oz. Cool-Whip

Add pudding and jello to boiling water and cook until thick. Cool and add drained mandarin oranges. Fold Cool-Whip into tapioca mixture. Put in a serving bowl and refrigerate.
